  • Use measured wear periods on each of the first two days, adjusting the laces rather than forcing the heel into the shoe.
  • Let the men's trainer rest open for a day after two consecutive days of use so the lining can air.
  • Never tumble-dry this model or place it on a radiator, as concentrated heat may harden the leather or distort the sole unit.
