Burley women's slipper boots bring felt coverage above the heel and around the ankle. The enclosed front has two touch-fastening straps, positioned one above the other so each part of the upper can be opened and adjusted separately. A rear pull loop gives you something to hold while drawing the boot on.
The extra wide, extra deep shape provides room across the forefoot and over the toes. For women choosing slippers for swollen feet or bunions, that space works alongside an upper that can be loosened over the instep. The higher silhouette keeps the heel and ankle covered while both front fastenings are released.
Burley has felt uppers and lining for indoor wear, with a flat sole and a removable felt insole. A suitable personal orthotic can be tried in place of the original footbed, with its depth and heel fit checked. The surface beneath the supplied insole is also covered with felt, so the boot can be worn without it when more room is needed.
