What is the shipping policy?

After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you that our fulfilment team has received it. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

What's the return policy?

You have the option to cancel your order within 14 days of the purchase date, with the exception of custom-made items. If you change your mind and wish to cancel, you can do so without providing a reason, but you must return the undamaged items to our business premises at your expense. We will promptly refund the price of the returned goods, excluding any separate delivery charges. Please note that this policy does not apply to defective goods, and we cannot replace or refund footwear that has been worn, either indoors or outdoors.

Do You Offer VAT Relief for Disabled Customers?

Yes, VAT relief is available for individuals who are terminally ill, chronically sick, or disabled, specifically for our H Fitting (X-Large Fitting) footwear.

To qualify for VAT relief, customers must have a physical or mental impairment affecting everyday activities, or a medical condition treated as a chronic sickness. Temporary injuries and extremely wide feet without medical conditions do not qualify.

The exempt products must be for personal use, or if purchased for someone else, that person must qualify for VAT exemption and the products are for their sole use. False declarations may result in penalties.

VAT relief is not applicable to M (Regular), G (Wide), and K (Large) fitting footwear.

Customers claiming VAT relief agree to the terms and conditions under Group 12 of Schedule 8 to the Value Added Tax Act of 1994. For eligibility queries, consult notice 701/7 VAT relief for disabled people or contact the National Advice Service at 01300 123 1073. We are unable to provide medical opinions.
